Need help with an order, download, license or optimizer? Support is handled through your Komerza customer account.
How to Get Support
Log in to your customer account using the same email address you used at checkout. Once logged in, open the Support section and create a new support ticket.
Completed purchase required: Komerza requires at least one completed order
before a customer can create a support ticket.
When Creating a Ticket
Please include:
- Your order number or transaction reference.
- The product you purchased.
- A short description of the issue.
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Please do not include passwords, full payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Order or Refund Issue?
You can also use the support ticket system for order questions, delivery issues, or refund requests.
